Large spacious home with 4 bedrooms that sleeps 8, 2 full bath, family/tv room, large fully functional open concept kitchen/dining room/living room, and outdoor space.

We are happy to accept reservations and deposits on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit for your total stay. Your deposit is non-refundable except for extreme coastal storms deemed by officials as unsafe. All reservations are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. The remainder of your rental fee is due at check-in.
Our rates from May 1 to September 30 are $2000 CAD per week. An increase of $25/person over four individuals. No pets are allowed, unfortunately. We have family members and recurring guests with extreme allergies; therefore, it is not an option.
October 1 to April 30 have a weekly rate of $1800 CAD also with an increase of $25/person over four individuals.
We have opened the season to include fall to spring rentals! Enjoy a long weekend on your own private beach.
